How To Make Lemon Ginger Tea
- Slice the ginger and place it in a small saucepan with 2.5 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Let the tea steep off the heat for at least 5 minutes (up to 10 minutes for a stronger brew).
- Strain the liquid into two cups through a fine-mesh strainer to remove ginger pieces. Serve warm with the juice of half a lemon per cup and honey to taste.
