I made this Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon and it was a hit!
How to Make Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon
The glaze combines brown sugar, bourbon, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Sriracha, and soy sauce for a balanced sweet-heat flavor.

It may sound like an unusual mix, but the result is wonderfully tasty.
I’m a sucker for dishes that marry sweet and spicy elements.
Just bring the sauce to a boil, then simmer for about 8–10 minutes until it reduces slightly and thickens. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
Brush the glaze onto the salmon, then place the fillets in the air fryer.

Set the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C) and cook for roughly 12–14 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
I recommend lightly spraying the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
The glaze caramelizes and forms a slightly crispy top — absolutely delicious.

Serve the salmon with extra sauce on the side.
This sriracha-bourbon sauce is versatile and would be great on many other proteins or vegetables.
