Ingredients
- 5 large ripe avocados
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies (drain liquid from 1 can)
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Peel and scoop the avocados into a large bowl. Mash to your preferred texture using a potato masher or fork.
- Fold in the drained tomatoes and green chilies, chopped red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate briefly to allow flavors to meld, if desired.
