Skiers’ Breakfast Burrito — Beaumont Bakery Signature Wrap

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mainly on newer spots, but there are a few places I’ve visited before that still feel fresh to the valley and deserve inclusion. One of those is Beaumont. I recently picked up a breakfast burrito there and immediately knew it had to be on the list.

I appreciate Beaumont for a few reasons, but convenience and freshness top the list. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front—hiking, skiing, or exploring—Beaumont is a fantastic place to fuel up. I often grab a breakfast burrito on the way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. While many drive-through breakfast burritos can be greasy and leave you feeling sluggish, Beaumont strikes a balance of hearty and clean that works well before physical activity.

The Beaumont breakfast burrito includes fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What elevates it is the sauce—the creamy tomatillo escabeche-style dressing that adds brightness and depth. The right sauce can make or break a burrito, and this one brings the flavors together perfectly.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than just a great breakfast burrito. They serve excellent coffee, fresh pastries, and standout brunch items like a creamy burrata salad. The spot is dependable—consistent food, friendly service, and an attractive atmosphere.

A quick note: good food draws crowds, and Beaumont can get busy, especially on weekends. If you only want coffee and pastries, the quick-run or drive-through options make it easy to grab what you need without a long wait. If you plan to sit and enjoy the patio or interior, expect a possible wait during peak times. Despite that, the pleasant patio and thoughtfully designed interior make it worth visiting.

Beaumont is a reliable option for locals and visitors alike—perfect for grabbing a quick, satisfying breakfast before heading into the mountains or lingering over coffee and a pastry when you have the time.
