  • 1/2 pound (227 g) fresh broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup ground pork rinds
  • 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
